Phrase
• Giving away a ball resulted as conceding a goal.
Note
• I couldn't realized why there is "the match ball "phrase in English and what is difference from any ordinary ball-:)

Just an idea: to run a series of small interviews with English-speaking fans of different PL teams.

Hi Nikosonris - we were thinking about that when we came up with the idea for the podcast competition. We would like to do more with fans to share some of the club heritage - every club is rich in its own traditions - but it's difficult to manage such things. We have to include all the clubs and that means travelling about the country! Thanks for the suggestion though. When we meet to discuss content plans, I'll let the team know that you have suggested the idea. Thanks - Jack

Again just an idea how to avoid travelling about the country: using the power of Internet (club fan official pages, forums, etc.) you could agree with fans of any FC on a small interview while they are travelling to watch the away match of their favourite team in the town you are based (preferably London, cause there are 5 PL teams and you will already get one quarter of PL teams covered)). And on top of it, those fans travelling to watch away games are the most loyal supporters who can tell lots of interesting things about their clubs (stories, secrets, superstitions, etc.) I think it would be very useful for our Premier Skills English community. You could also make announcements for the upcoming interviews and our Premier Skills English friends would be able to ask their questions to help you create the content.

Easy way to learn football vocabularies, when I'm watching games on TV, I don't get well what they're saying as they are more faster and I'm also busy focusing on players movements

When I'm watching football games on TV in English, the commentators speak so fast that I sometimes can't catch the words. But these email lessons will defibately help me understand more about special expressions used in football. Someday, I'd like you to introduce us such words as '' Lovely," "Fantastic," to describe great shoots.
