Writing - Drafting and redrafting
Writing is more difficult than speaking. When you are speaking, you can use body language and gestures, repetition and corrections to get your point across. When you are writing, you only have the words.
In your first language, lots of writing tasks need to be planned before you put pen to paper. Drafting, editing and redrafting are a normal part of the writing process.
By focusing on this process, you can help your students develop their writing skills.
Procedure
1. Students think of ideas for their writing without worrying too much if their ideas are important or not important.
Brainstorming or mind-mapping are good ways to come up with ideas.
2. Students prioritise their ideas and put them in order of importance.
At this organising stage, you might also want to get students to arrange their ideas in other ways (in a table, or against a series of questions)
3. Students produce a first draft of their writing.
4. Students compare their writing with each other and students comment on each other's writing.
You can assign students specific topics to comment on. For example, you could get one group of students to focus on particular aspects of language and another to focus on the ideas.
5. Students check, correct and reorganise their work again.
6. Students can ask for help and feedback from the teacher on their writing.
It is tricky to do during class (especially if you have lots of students), but students appreciate the direct feedback that they get from a teacher commenting on their writing.
7. Students produce a second draft of their work.
8. Students check and correct their work a final time to make sure they haven’t made any silly mistakes.

I think it is very good.
Yes it is work with me as studying English reading writing.
Yes their is extra way I can suggest to you to keep copy articles as we need to learn writing.

Even adults when writing a proposal there's always a draft so I think it's a good thing to have the draft and then fine tune it to correct all grammatical errors before presenting the final work.
