Gameweek 27: Liverpool v Arsenal
Last week's featured match was a 3-2 win for Manchester Utd against Southampton in the League Cup Final. Rich predicted a Southampton win and Jack though Manchester Utd would win in a penalty shoot-out but well done to our listeners who thought Man Utd would win the first major trophy of the season. That point for our listeners closes the gap at the top of our prediction league to four points. Remember, it's one point for the correct result and two additional points for the correct score. The big match this week is the Liverpool v Arsenal. Can you predict the right score?

Thanks! I've been doing a bit better with my predictions recently. I did notice that you predicted the right result and the right score for the League Cup Final last week so your predictions are not too bad either!

Congratulations to you, Rich, both for the result and your prediction! What a brilliant performance by the whole team! I've thought that Arsenal would be able to close a gap and then equalise after Sanchez had appeared on the pitch but they didn't. Moreover, the last-gasp goal made everyone sure that 3 points would stay at Liverpool.
However, both teams are still neck and neck at the top of the table and have equal opportunities to finish the season even better then Man City in the Champions League zone (hope it'll never happen during this season).

Yes, it was a great display by Liverpool. We just need to perform against the teams in the bottom half of the table! A comfortable win for City, but could they be distracted by the Champions League and FA Cup?

Jack, I've recently watched the "E-mail lesson" where you spoke about yourself and the place where you currently live. I was surprised when I've heard that you live in Manchester! I was sure that you are from London! Why did you choose Arsenal to support? There are 2 great football clubs in your city!

Hi Shobonenok - I have moved from Manchester since then. Now I live in a small town in Shropshire called Ludlow. The reason I'm an Arsenal fan is family. I don't have a close tie, but my Dad's cousin or second cousin is John Radford (http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/gunners-greatest-players-24.-jo...) so growing up, I always heard about Arsenal. He stopped playing before I was born, but my father and my grandfather were always very proud of the connection.

Liverpool was beaten by Leicester in the last matchweek. That's why they try to get over Arsenal with strong desire. Moreover, Liverpool always plays very well with strong teams like Arsenal.

Klopp Jurgen seemed really isolated in his previous match against the Foxies so I will not be surprised seeing the Reds losing in Anfield.
In TV I will be happy to watch Leicester and above all Vardy performing like he did in his last match at King Power Stadium.

I agree with Kwesimanifest and hope the teams will draw with the score he has mentioned earlier.
This result will be suitable for City if they beat Sunderland. However, it's not a secret that all the underdogs (Aston Villa in the previous season is an exception) in the Premier League strive a lot to get 3 points and leave the relegation zone.
I am going to watch three matches: Leicester - Hull, Liverpool - Arsenal and Sunderland - Man City.

I will be watching the Man United vs Bournemouth match.
I believe united will win by 3-1 even though a game against Bournemouth can be very tricky.

Man United is on fire now. Seems to be that regardless of the quantity of its rival's goals, the winner will be scored by Zlatan. Do you know that someone offered 3 thousand US dollars to FC Rostov to let his son be with Zlatan on his way from the changing room to the pitch?

I think every match in the Premier League is difficult. But, if Manchester Utd could choose a fixture, I think Bournemouth at home might be the one they would choose!

I think given the level of play by both teams a score draw of 2-2 will be the final score.
That will mean poits shared between your teams Jack and Rich.
