I'm from Iran. Four Iranian players have played in premier league so far: Karim Bagheri who played for Charlton Athletic in 2000-2001, Andranik Teymourian played for Bolton and also Fulham between 2006-9, Ashkan Dejagah for fulham 2012-14 and now, Alireza Jahanbakhsh plays for Brighton. He is brilliant!
And Iran is a beautiful country to visit. It's the safest country in middle east, with beautiful landscapes and a great history and culture. And it will be a very cheap travel! So i think you need to check it on!
