Why is so difficult this word 'derby', we use it in many languages, even in Arabic, the classic Arabic or Tunisian accent. I want to translate to Arabic that story about the origin of word derby and post it on facebook, I want doing this because I know that 99,99% of football fans don't know this story.

Hi Quino! Thanks for your message. Because this website is international we only use English so we can help people from all nationalities to understand. It is also good to try to understand in English because this will help your learning. Cup tie means the same as a 'cup match' and qualifiers are 'matches a team needs to win before playing in a tournament' for example Spain played qualifiers against Slovakia and Ukraine to qualify for the European Championships in France next summer.
