	Bilingual Schools Project, Spain A major innovation is taking place in Spanish state schools. Bilingual education is taking the country by storm, and improving the English language ability of many students.
	Delhi Master Trainer Project The British Council was invited by the Department of Education and the State Council for Educational Research and Training to improve the levels of English teaching and learning in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
	English for Teaching, Teaching for English (ETTE), Central and Southern Asia This major project was set up by the British Council following discussions with ministries of education in the 7 participating countries.
	English for the World of Work (2004 – 2007) The British Council Romania EWoW project was set up in 2003 with endorsement from Romania’s Ministry of Education and National Centre for Vocational Education and Training, and consultancy from the University College of St Mark and St John, Plymouth, UK.
	English Language Skills for Judges and Lawyers, Sudan When the Government of Southern Sudan decided to use English as one of its official languages, it was faced with a major obstacle problem - most of their employees did not speak English.
