This was an opportunity to listen to experts in English as an Additional Language (EAL); Modern Foreign Languages (MFL); Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and community languages from the UK. The seminar talked about outstanding practice in UK primary and secondary education and how multilingualism can greatly benefit your learners. The live webcast took place on Friday 26 September 2014.
Speakers included Judith Woodfield from Bordesley Green Girls' School in Birmingham, Noel O'Neill and John Carney from St Austin's Primary School in Liverpool, Jim Anderson from Goldsmiths University, Bernadette Holmes from Speak to the Future and Amy Thompson from NALDIC.
